We have been
traveling for 7 weeks from So.
California to Quebec City. This is
the nicest campground - with the ice

We just spent a
second night at the Cedar City KOA
and have been very impressed with
the quality and service we received.
We have stayed at this KOA on four
separate trips both coming to and
leaving from Yellowstone. Cedar City
has always been the end of day one
and the last stop before home to So.
California. This trip we noticed
some major changes in the park. The
restrooms had been updated; Sassy's
opened, movies being played on cable
channel 3 as well as friendly guides
to our space. All very much
appreciated. The kind staff too made
our stay very pleasant. Thank you
for a perfect start and end to our

Dear Jeff and Amber,
I told Jeff I was going to write,
sorry it has taken me so long. We
stayed at your campground over the
4th of July weekend and enjoyed our
stay. You and your staff were very
helpful and friendly, always taking
a moment to talk, even when you did
not have a moment to spare.
As I told Jeff on
the day we were leaving, we are
fulltime RV'ers and KOA Gold Card
members, however my wife and I have
all but given up on the KOA's. The
parks lately simply are just not up
to par with others, are more
expensive, and the staff at the
parks act like we are putting them
out when staying there. Your place
was certainly NOT in that category
and we will stay there again next
year as we tour other parts of the
west. You have restored at least
some of our faith in KOA.
You asked if I would
fill out a comment card for KOA. As
I explained, I sent a card in after
a bad experience and never heard one
word back from KOA or the park in
question. I guess they did not care
about how we felt. You may forward
this to KOA if you wish, they need
to know how a good park operates.

Dear Mr. Rogers
(President of KOA), I am not in the
habit if writing letters to company
officers regarding their properties.
But, I feel I just had to let you
know about the KOA in Cedar City,
UT. We have camped off and on for
over 40 years and have stayed in all
types of campgrounds. We stayed in
some KOA's years ago and swore
"never again". Our friends who live
in Cedar City convinced us to try
the KOA.You have a great
asset in the General Managers (Jeff
and Amber Gammons), and the
employees of this campground. I
can't express just how friendly,
polite, helpful, cheerful and just
wonderful everyone at this location
have been to us. The campground is
immaculate, the store is well
stocked and clean, and the shower
and bathroom areas are the nicest we
have ever seen in any campground.
My husband has a
lung disease and is on oxygen 24/7.
The climate in Cedar City agress
with his condition. The staff has
gotten to know us, and someone stops
by everyday to see how we are doing
and to see if we need anything. It
is the friendliness and caring of
the people like this that encourages
return business. I have worked in
the sevice related industry for the
past 18 years and I can tell you
that you have a staff at this
campground that KOA should be proud
of.

Brian Head Resort as well as Kolob

and going to Zion first, that we
take a different road to Bryce
Canyon and then to Zion. It worked
out perfect.
We talked about you

were such a bundle of energy that it
became infectious. You certainly

an original and romantic way to ask
my darling to marry me, so with the
help of the camp staff, I
transformed a Kamping Kabin into a
bistro for two. After cooking her

was lucky enough to get a YES! I
couldn't have done it without their
