Often referred to as the Gateway to the National Parks, Cedar City, Utah is centrally located within an hour and half's driving distance of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Utah Shakespearean Festival in the summer and fall, or ride the fresh powder of Brian Head Ski Resort during the winter months. Enjoy golfing along the red sand stone hills at the Cedar Ridge Golf Course or join the family of athletes that participate in the Utah Summer Games.  New in summer 2003 is the Utah Neil Simon Festival, which will be held at Cedar City's brand new Heritage Center.
